About the Author:  William F. Kerr is director of Ministry program at the Pac-Rim Graduate School of Theology in cooperation with Shasta Pacific Graduate School.  He is Professor Emeritus of Systematic Theology at Western Conservative Theological Seminary.  For 60 years he has ministered in both pastorates and seminaries in Illinois, Indiana, New York, Oregon, California, and Washington.
