Wilbur Konkel, Doctor of Divinity, is Director for overseas Missions for his church. He attended Denver University as a pre-law student and Belleview College before being called to the ministry. He earned a Certificate in Education from Christ College, Oxford University. He served as a minister in Great Britain for 26 years, and has made 25 trips to Africa and one to India in his work.
